Cancellation policy

At Eden Hair Care, some of our hair-care products may be available as pre-orders, subscriptions, or regular purchases. This policy explains how cancellations work for these purchase options.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, selected Eden hair-care products may be offered as pre-orders when stock is sold out or while a new shipment is on its way.

When you place a pre-order, your product is reserved for you from the relevant incoming stock. The estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

If you change your mind after placing a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of placing your order, via WhatsApp with your order number and cancellation request.

We will acknowledge your request and respond within 24 hours with confirmation of the next steps.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or preparation, cancellation may not be possible in all circumstances. Where a cancellation charge is permitted, it will be limited to a reasonable amount permitted by law.

Refunds

Where a cancellation is accepted and a refund is due, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Please allow up to 21 days for your refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider and bank. This is an estimated processing and settlement timeframe and does not limit any shorter refund period that may apply under South African law.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies, the applicable statutory refund period will take precedence.

Important

If you decide that you no longer wish to proceed with a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible rather than waiting until the shipment arrives.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is being reserved for you from an incoming shipment and that the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout applies.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or any other applicable South African law.
